Refund & Return Policy

1. Returns window

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition and packaging. To start a return, email hello@glambags.online with your order number.

2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will refund the original payment method within 5-10 business days, less any return shipping costs. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed.

3. Exchanges

We are happy to exchange items for a different style or colour where available. Exchange requests follow the same 14-day window.

4. Non-returnable items

Custom and made-to-order pieces, sale items, and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

5. Damaged or defective items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund including return shipping.

6. Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or shipped in error. We recommend tracked shipping; we cannot refund items lost in return transit.
